As a first-generation American of Dominican and Scottish heritage, Elizabeth has a deep passion for immigrant research and tracing families back to their countries of origin.

Born and raised in the Northeast in a bilingual household, she recently relocated to New Jersey after living in Miami for twenty years. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Spanish and is a graduate of Boston University’s Genealogical Research program.
Elizabeth specializes in U.S. Mid-Atlantic states, Latin Europe, and Latin America, including the Spanish Caribbean, with a particular emphasis on Cuba. She has access to all major online genealogical databases and has built a network of international contacts for on-site research in her areas of expertise.
In addition to working with private clients, Elizabeth served as an advanced researcher on the International Team for Legacy Tree Genealogists and is currently an independent contractor for Legacy Tree Genealogists, Ancestry ProGenealogists, and Trace.
